Children's works exhibition
12.04.2012, Community Life The opening of the exhibition of the children's artworks devoted to Pesach took place on April 8 in Almaty. The works made in original style of the letter on glass, a list of plates and mugs were presented. Each work is a product of collaboration of all children under the direction of the teacher and artist Lilia Golubovsky.
The presentation was opened by the president of Association of the Jewish organizations of the Republic of Kazakhstan Alexander Baron who noted the importance of an exhibition: art, pedagogical and psychological concepts. Together with creativity development a community and the staff of the communal center and Hesed gives to the children education in the Jewish spirit, and also ability to work in collective. Children are given preparation for future life.
The event was visited by more than hundred people. It included presentation of the works by children of the Jewish community under the direction of the artist and teacherLilia Golubovsky, as well as specially prepared installation which was an illustration to the main scope of works, a holiday Pesach. The actors were also the authors of pictures, children at the age from seven till twelve years. The audience could estimate creative development which the Jewish community gives to the children thanks to work of employees of Hesed and the communal center.
High art value of works noted by experts: the member of the Union of artists of Kazakhstan Yury Schneiderman, known Kazakhstan surrealist Yury Zobak and pictorialists Oleg Belyalov and Nikolay Postnikov.
Development of children's and youth creativity, education in the Jewish spirit and development of psychological skills are priority tasks of Hesed, the communal center and a community as a whole.
